How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. All framesets and wheelsets are shipped with premium couriers like UPS or DHL to ensure safe and timely arrival.
What is the warranty policy on Winspace frames and wheels?
We offer a limited 2-year manufacturer warranty on all framesets and a 2-year warranty on wheelsets. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include normal wear and tear or crash damage.
Are Winspace products UCI approved?
Yes, many of our flagship frames and wheels, including the SLC2.0 and HYPER series, are UCI approved for use in sanctioned professional racing events.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and potential restocking fees.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the purchase price. Customers are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.
